In the Sirte Accord, the Parties confirm their commitment to the realisation of economic development, social progress and the full exercise of fundamental freedoms on a basis of equality among citizens. The Accord provides for a general amnesty of all military and civilian members of the movements, and their representation at all levels of executive power and integration into the national army. The movements may be registered as political parties.
